OUTSIDE CATERING

Simple succulent food never fails to impress so why not go the whole hog and wow your guests with the spectacular sight and smells of a pig or lamb slowly roasting over a charcoal fire?

Westdene Butchers offers a range of outside catering options, from smaller informal parties to weddings and corporate events. Your guests will savour the delicious aroma of a charcoal-cooked roast, building an appetite for mouth-watering pork with melt-in-your mouth crackling or delicious local lamb.

Westdene Butchers will prepare and roast or barbecue then carve and serve your meat on site. Typically 10 - 11 hours is required to roast a 60kg pig providing approximately 140 generous servings while a lamb will sate the appetites of 40 hungry guests. For a variety of palates, try the "Banquet" option which includes a leg of pork, a leg of lamb, turkey breast and beef.
